Your role as a Staff Nurse (RGN) is pivotal:

- Conducting assessments and evaluations
- Developing person-centered care plans and maintaining their accuracy.
- Collaborating with external bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including record-keeping and health and safety protocols.
- Mentoring junior staff members
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN) Role:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN approval
- Clear DBS
