Production Operative

Production Operative within the manufacturing facility.

Main Responsibilities:

Manufacturing:

• operating planned equipment to specified SOPs, ensuring quality is maintained at all times
• monitor production processes, making adjustments or troubleshooting issues to maintain product quality and minimize downtime
• collaborate with the PS and PM to meet production targets and deadlines

• reporting of faults to the PS, PM, EN as required and inform QC of issues noted during production work as part of a team with a flexible approach to ensure that all production needs are met. This includes a willingness to train and to train others and rotate roles within the department

• follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

• maintain your PPE and use appropriately at all times. It is your responsibility to ensure it is in working condition and to report defects to your Line Manager immediately

• operate with a high regard to your own and others Health and Safety. Fully Comply with all Company Health, Safety and Environment Policies

• at all times ensure maximum efficiency and QC Compliance

• maintain a safe and tidy working environment

• work within a process of continuous improvement

• flexibility to work in other areas for the needs of the business as required
