This request is to procure Analyst services for ODOT Central Business Systems (CBS) section. The portfolio of business systems managed by CBS reflect a variety of technologies, many of which are legacy and in need of modernization. The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are as follows:

Analyze and document the CBS application portfolio, databases, AS-IS business processes, and technology.

Collaborate and document CBS customers' needs.

Provide support and documentation for system assessment, requirements, architecture, and problem description.

Develop the requisite analysis and related deliverables necessary to plan the modernization of the mainframe financial system and its client-server subsystems.
