Description:
- Support the enablement of OpenText Content Server xECM.
- Serve as subject matter expert on integration of OpenText xECM and SuccessFactors to meet internal business stakeholder requirements.
- Serve as subject matter expert on integration of OpenText xECM and SAP S4/HANA to meet internal business stakeholder requirements.
- Support development of Solution Configuration Documentation.
Skills Chart:
- Skills MUST appear in ONLY the Work History to receive Credit for service years.
- 6 years of Work history of Extensive experience with ServiceNow development including core modules, workflows/flows, and custom app development.
- 6 years of Work history experience High level of competency writing and maintaining JavaScript.
- 5 years of Work history experience with the development and maintenance of REST integrations, including data transformation.
- 5 years of Work history experience Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Incident Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Agile Stories.
- 3 Years of Work history experience ServiceNow Integration Hub Flow/Action development, and integrations with external systems/platforms.
- 3 Years of Work history experience Familiarity with ServiceNow core product functionality with demonstrated experience in navigating vendor documentation and the ServiceNow HI Portal.
- 3 years of Work history experience with COTS product integration with enterprise applications.
