**2ND SHIFT (3:00pm - 11:00PM)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate software functionality
- Identify and document software defects, track defects through resolution, and verify fixes
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with developers to ensure testability of code and provide feedback on design and implementation
