NORA (Nationwide Organ Recovery Transport Alliance) works with Organ Procurement Organizations, Transplant Centers, Living Donor Networks, and Laboratories throughout the country and is hiring Part Time, police officers, Fire Fighters, and EMS Drivers for SUV Emergency Vehicles and tissue donor transport vans. This is an exciting opportunity to make some extra money in your free time while positively impacting the organ transplant community.
24 Hour Shifts, 2-3 Shifts/Week, Standby Pay, Weekends and Holidays

Minimum 5 Years of verifiable experience in driving a police, fire, or ambulance vehicle with emergency red lights and sirens (yellow lights do not apply) You will not be considered unless you are a current or past police officer, fire fighter or career EMS worker.
Drivers will work 24 hour on-call shifts.
Must be at least 25 years of age.
Must Live within 30-35 minutes drive of Atlanta
A clear criminal background check
A clear state driving record, verified through DMV, reviewed annually.
Pass initial and all random drug testing.
Attention to quality, safety and customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
Drivers will drive medical teams, organs, tissue, tissue donors, and supplies utilizing NORA vehicles for emergent and non emergent organ procurement transportation.
Qualifications and Skills
Professional and service oriented is a must. Uniforms and badges are provided.
Emergency driving experience only apply for driving under red lights not yellow lights.'
