To be responsible for all aspects of administration to include emails phone calls arranging collections and distance claims
Liaising with customers and processing returns and warranty claims by making commercial decisions including the inspection repair and replacement of product
Inspecting and assessing all warranty claims in accordance with warranty periods and returns policies
To carry out investigations and stock checks of all consignment and returns locations
To order log and send out spares & parts to dealers for valid warranty claims
To monitor daily outstanding RMA report to ensure that all returns are booked in and actioned in a timely fashion
Liaising with ACU Riders organising crash damage repairs and badging service
To produce monthly KPI reports on all warranty activities
Ensuring all stock is in new condition correctly repackaged and barcoded for resale
To assist in all other areas within the warranty department including repackaging and replenishment of stock
To ensure all working areas are kept clean & tidy in accordance with Health & Safety procedures
Key Attributes
Previous experience in administration essential
Working as part of a team as this is a teambased department therefore good communication skills will be required
Hold or working towards NVQ level in customer service
Administrative experience with Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook advantageous
Previous experience working with Dynamics Nav advantageous but not essential
Accurate date inputting and a key eye and attention to detail is necessary
Position will be full time office based with flexible working approach as overtime will be required during busy periods
General education and knowledge of Health & Safety policies essential
