Da IMAN Global Consulting Consultoria de Seleo para cargos mdios e gerenciais pertencente a empresas IMAN procuramos uma importante EMPRESA DE FABRICAO DE FORNECIMENTO PARA ESCRITRIOS E ESCOLAS com sede em Portugal (Porto) um KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM)

Como KAM voc ir

Construir e manter relacionamentos slidos com clienteschave compreendendo suas necessidades objetivos e desafios de negcios

Desenvolver e implementar planos estratgicos de contas para clienteschave delineando objetivos estratgias e planos de ao para atingir metas mtuas

Servir como principal ponto de contato para contaschave respondendo s suas dvidas preocupaes e solicitaes de forma rpida e eficaz

Identifique oportunidades de upsell e vendas cruzadas de produtos ou servios adicionais para clienteschave para maximizar a receita e a lucratividade

Garantir a satisfao e reteno do cliente monitorando a prestao de servios e abordando quaisquer problemas ou preocupaes em tempo hbil

Mantenhase informado sobre as tendncias do setor desenvolvimentos de mercado e concorrentes para fornecer aos clientes insights e solues valiosas

Coordenar com equipes internas como vendas marketing e desenvolvimento de produtos para alinhar estratgias e recursos para atender s principais necessidades do cliente

Gerenciar contratos acordos e negociaes de preos com clienteschave para garantir que sejam mutuamente benficos e estejam em conformidade com as polticas da empresa

Para esta posio voc precisa de

Experincia como KAM de a anos

Bacharelado em administrao marketing ou reas afins (preferencialmente mestrado)

Experincia comprovada em gerenciamento de contas vendas ou desenvolvimento de negcios

Comunicao excepcional e habilidades interpessoais

Pensamento estratgico e capacidade de resoluo de problemas

Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e multifuncional dentro da organizao

Orientado para resultados com histrico de cumprimento ou superao de metas

Proficincia em pacote Microsoft Office

Nvel de fluido Portugus

Ingls de nvel fluido

Nvel de fluido espanhol

Disponibilidade para viajar

From IMAN Global Consulting Selection Consulting for middle and managerial positions belonging to IMAN companies we are looking for an important OFFICE AND SCHOOL SUPPLY MANUFACTURING COMPANY based in Portugal (Oporto) a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM)

As KAM you will

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs goals and challenges

Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients outlining objectives strategies and action plans to achieve mutual goals

Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts addressing their inquiries concerns and requests promptly and effectively

Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products or services to key clients to maximize revenue and profitability

Ensure client satisfaction and retention by monitoring service delivery and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and solutions

Coordinate with internal teams such as sales marketing and product development to align strategies and resources to meet key client needs

Manage contracts agreements and pricing negotiations with key clients to ensure they are mutually beneficial and compliant with company policies

For this position you require

  • Experience as KAM of to years
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in account management sales or business development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally within the organization
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluid level Portuguese
  • Fluid level English
  • Fluid Level Spanish
  • Availability to travel
