Patient check-in Taking co-pays, entering demographic information into EPIC Insurance verifications Answering phones Scheduling appts Day to day skills used on the job? EPIC charting Must haves easy going personality, this clinic is going through a lot of change! Excellent customer services High attention to detail Managing a workload healthcare experience EPIC would be super ideal Surgery scheduling experience is also ideal, but not required. Strong scheduling experience overall is required HS Diploma Nice-to-haves Medical office and scheduling experience (EPIC or Nextgen familiarity) Required years of experience- Not required Location of work 217 Cataldo Spokane WA, 99201 Hours a week/shift Monday thru Friday One person will work 830 5, the other 7:15-4:45 Duration: temp-to-hire Interview process Open to 1 step Teams
