Rooming, histories, vitals giving injections Inbasket management fielding patient calls/concerns EPIC charting 80% with patients; 20% admin What does the clinic/team look like (how many employees, volume, job roles, etc.)? 1:1 with ENT Surgeon. They have been practicing for 22 years. There are 15 MAs on the whole team. Must Haves MA-C required for this role EMR ideal (recently switched to EPIC from NextGen) We have a diverse team, just a team player, good attendance a must, good work ethic. To be honest, the provider is kind, but high maintenance. She needs a strong personality that can keep her on task. She gets behind on charting and signing off on orders.
