Job Description
We need someone to provide coverage in our Rapid Care Clinic (urgent care). We need someone that can cover 10- 10-hour shifts per month. If this provider needs additional shifts, we can provide shifts in one of our family practice clinics. In addition to the checklist of items that we request for travelers we will need the following for onboarding:Active WA LicenseActive WA DEAActive AANP CertificationNPICertificate of LiabilityInsurance Enrollment Information (will be sent to candidate after offer is confirmed)
Shift: Fri, Sat, Sun and Monday's
