Job Summary:
Seeking Acute Care Registered Nurses for various positions and shifts

- Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in acute care settings like hospitals and medical centers
- Role involves ensuring patient well-being and aiding in their recovery process
- Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care plans, administering prescribed medications and treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Expected to collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient care, educate patients and their families about conditions and treatments, and maintain accurate medical records
- Required to respond effectively to emergency situations and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Encouraged to maintain professional development through continued education and training
- Applicants must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington, or have the ability to obtain one before the start date
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred and prior experience in acute care settings is highly desirable
- Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient-centered care is essential
- Certifications such as ACLS or PALS are a plus.
