Hamilton Lane is hiring a Vice President to serve as the Sales Marketing Manager within Client Solutions Support (CSS) in our Suburban Philadelphia Conshohocken office
This individual will sit in a key role at the center of the sales compliance and marketing processes for collateral used for our current and prospective clients The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to create maintain and adapt best practices for managing the content library used in supporting the sales effort and the ongoing servicing of existing clients
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position will work closely with several professionals in various departments across the firm to ensure materials meet compliance requirements contain the messaging and tone of our brand and establish consistency and standardization across collateral The individual will be involved in the following
- Maintain catalog and establish update processes for all presentation slides/firm content (ie pitchbooks firm overview team slides) created throughout the organization
- Oversee the updates management and distribution of firm content
- Partner with Creative Services and MarComm to ensure brand standard guidelines and identity are utilized across all presentations
- Strategize and implement processes alongside Compliance and Client Solutions organizations to ensure adherence to standard marketing guidelines
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop content that will become the single source of truth for materials
- Manage customization requests and templates for new marketing slides or sales presentations
- Develop framework for use of technology with a goal to create a controlled slide library system (eg Seismic or SimCorp)
- Identify other widely used materials for standardization and create process by which to share broadly across platform
- College degree (BA BS or BBA)
- years of professional work experience work history in marketing or sales enablement roles preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing compliance requirements and needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high attention to detail
- Ability to review continually and optimize workflows
- Excellent project management skills including the ability to delegate work effectively ensure accountability and collaborate with multiple teams
- Technically proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Experience with slide management systems (Seismic) is a plus
