Our client Hamilton Lane is looking to hire a Senior Analyst for their Taft Hartley team in Conshohocken PA!

To satisfy the needs of our growing client base Hamilton Lane is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join our Taft Hartley team in Conshohocken PA
This individual will support the Taft Hartley team s business development and relationship management efforts working closely with the other team members to develop and maintain client and consultant relationships and provide a superior level of service The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively and can operate in a fastpace and deadlinedriven environment where priorities often change
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in implementing sales strategies and facilitating outreach to consultants and prospects
- Support developing new business contacts and client relationships with investors and consultants
- Work with Relationship Managers on client deliverables and special projects
- Respond to client and fund investor questions and special requests (analyze reports/informational requests) interact with Relationship Managers to ensure that the required level of client service is being provided
- Assist in client portfolio development including responding to allocation decisions and preparing strategic plans
- Possess a working knowledge of accounting principles and be able to extract and analyze data from financial statements
- Work with other departments internally including Investments Business Development Legal Research and Reporting to aggregate information needed to help prepare client and prospect deliverables
- Prepare and review reports and presentations for clients and prospects
- years of work experience in a financial industry setting preferred
- Experience in client facing or client support roles such as sales relationship management or consultant relations preferred
- College degree (BA BS or BBA)
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Candidate should be detailoriented and organized and possess good analytical skills
- Candidate must be able to handle multiple assignments/initiatives
- Candidate should have the ability to work in a team environment and have the capacity to learn absorb and analyze information quickly
- Candidate must possess strong communication skills (written and verbal)
