GovFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a highly experienced talented Tableau Developer with a passion for data visualization and analysis Do you have a strong background in Access and extensive experience working with the Federal Government If so we have an exciting opportunity for you

SECRET CLEARANCE OR HIGHER REQUIRED

Responsibilities

         Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data visualization needs for various Federal Government projects

         Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports ensuring data accuracy and visual clarity

         Utilize Tableau best practices to create efficient and highperformance data visualizations

         Work closely with the data engineering team to extract transform and load data from various sources including Access databases

         Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement within the Federal Government context

         Provide technical expertise and support for Tableaurelated issues to both internal teams and external clients

         Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends tools and techniques to continuously enhance Tableau skills and knowledge

         Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure seamless integration of Tableau solutions within existing systems

Requirements

         Minimum of years of handson experience as a Tableau Developer

         DoD Secret Clearance

         Strong proficiency in Access database development and management

         Proven track record of working with Federal Government clients understanding their unique requirements and security protocols

         Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

         Indepth knowledge of data visualization best practices data modeling and data preparation techniques

         Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction

         Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into easily understandable visualizations

         Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment

         Familiarity with other data visualization and reporting tools will be a plus
