Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

- Litigation associate to assist in representing clients in court and related proceedings for busy litigation practice handling wide range of complex civil and criminal matters in both state and federal court, as well as internal and independent investigations

- Job will include the full spectrum of litigation work, including legal research and writing, drafting briefs and memoranda, discovery and related document review, and court and related appearances on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

- Law school graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience in practice

- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred, but not required

- Ability to work as a self-starter in a busy law practice

- Excellent legal research and writing skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Comfort working as part of a small team
