Must Haves:3+ years of demonstrated experience with monitoring optimization, including user experience, infrastructure and automated issue resolution.

BA in Computer Science (or related), or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience directly supporting VMware ESXi on-premise environments
Experience supporting HP server hardware and Dell VxRail a plus
