NOK Human Capital is hiring Senior HR Generalist located in El Riyadh KSA
Job Responsibilities
) Will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff administering pay benefits and leave and enforcing company policies and practices
) Source screen filter and interview candidates (Mass hiring/White Collars/ Blue Collars)
) Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations
) Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws and update policies and procedures when necessary
) Be the primary backup for payroll processing including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files bonus/incentive pay vacation/sick pay expense
Job Requirements
) Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ HR
) Applicant should be accommodated in KSA and has the nationality
) years of experience in HR
) Working in a Recruitment Agency/ HR Consultancy is a plus
) Excellent English & Arabic verbal & written skills
