Client Account Officer(Customer Service Officer) Job location Dubaicandidatelocation UAEPurposeof the role: The Client Account(Customer Service) Officer is responsible to handle the accounts ofMeal Plan customers and provide them with efficient customerservice. Key Areas of Responsibilities: Providehelp and advice to customers about products andservices. Communicate courteously withcustomers by telephone, email, letter, and face toface. Investigate and solve customers' problemswhilst working closely with the Team Leader. Responsible to keep accurate records ofdiscussions or correspondence withcustomers. Learn about organizations products,promotions or services and keeps up to date withchanges. Responsible for collecting money paidby clients for meal plans and update the money collectionschedule. Coordinate with the Nutritionists forclients appointments. Ensure that all mealplans are created accurately whilst working closely with Nutrition Officers or the in-house Nutritionist.
