I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in West London for a leading leisure operator in the Health & Fitness sector This is an incredibly exciting Leisure Management business that is looking for aL qualified Swim Teacher to develop This is a leisure job not to be missed!

As an Assistant Swimming Teacher youll be surrounded by a friendly supportive group of experts who are passionate about teaching people to swim a life skill As an Assistant Swimming Teacher you will be involved with the following

• Assisting sessions according to the programme timetable ensuring classes commence and finish at the designated times

• Carry out various administrative tasks associated with the position carrying out class registers and continuous assessment of pupils using handheld devices with the Lead of your Level Swimming Teacher
• Ensure all concerns of a child safeguarding nature are referred in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with Safeguarding policy

• Working with customers in group and sometimes on a onetoone basis to motivate and instruct them during their lessons

What we are looking for

• Must have a ASA/Swim England Level qualification
• Passionate about helping people of all ages and backgrounds to learn to swim or become stronger faster or more confident when swimming
• Adaptable to lesson plans over time following on from training and support from your Level Teacher
• Good communication skills including listening questioning and delivering effective feedback
• Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with customers children and their parents
• Always looking out to seek out development opportunities and potential ideas to further improve the service we provide
