Tasks

Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of equipment facilities and infrastructure
Coordinate every new installation investment sharing corporate guidelines
Team Leadership Supervise train and mentor a team of maintenance technicians providing guidance and support to ensure their effectiveness and productivity
Maintenance Planning Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the regular inspection and repair of equipment facilities and systems
Budget Management Manage the maintenance departments budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and costeffective maintenance practices
Equipment Inspection Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly Prioritize repairs and replacements as necessary
Preventive Maintenance Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and prolong their lifespan
Repairs and Troubleshooting Lead and participate in equipment repairs and troubleshooting activities ensuring minimal production downtime
Spare Parts Management Maintain an inventory of spare parts and necessary supplies to ensure quick repairs and replacements
Safety Compliance Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment
Vendor and Contractor Management Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks or equipment repairs
Documentation Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders equipment manuals and safety documentation
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process and cost improvements within the maintenance department and implement best practices
INTALLATIONS INVESTMENTS
Local Project Management Coordination of new installations or refurbishments assuring the costs effectiveness assigned budged and Zero accidents
Collaborate actively with POE Department for designing planning budgeting and deploying the investment projects for the planta for further years in order to assure the correct growing of the plant respecting the corporate criteria

Requirements

1. StudiesBachelors degree in engineering specialized on Automation
   
2. Specialty (master/certificacin)Specialized on Automation
3. Experience years
4. Proven experience in maintenance management with a track record of leading maintenance teams
5. Strong technical knowledge of the equipment machinery and systems relevant to the industry
6. Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and relevant software
7. Certification in maintenance management or related fields (eg Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional CMRP) may be a plus
8. Essential fluency in English C level certificate or used to talk at negotiation level
9. Valuable experience as Process Optimization Enginee
