Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development:

   • Design and implement user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using HTML and CSS.
   • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

2. Accessibility Compliance:

   • Implement web accessibility standards, including ADA and WCAG, to ensure inclusive user experiences.
   • Conduct accessibility audits and make necessary adjustments to meet compliance requirements.

3. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to implement visual elements and integrate front-end logic.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.

4. JPA Framework Integration:

   • Utilize the JPA Framework to integrate front-end components with back-end services.
   • Optimize application performance and ensure seamless data flow.

5. Code Reviews and Testing:

   • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
   • Perform unit testing and collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve issues.

6. Documentation:

   • Document code, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of proven experience in front-end development.
3. Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.
4. Experience with web accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) and their implementation.
5. Knowledge of the JPA Framework for seamless front-to-back-end integration.
6. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
