The Tran Agency is a small financial services and insurance firm that primarily works with homeowners and senior citizens. We are looking to bring on a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
* Answer customer inquiries regarding their policies
* Troubleshooting and problem solving as needed.
Hours: 9AM-5PM (Monday-Friday)
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in any industry (preferably financial services)
- Must have excellent computer and typing skills
- Punctual and strong work ethic
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma / GED equivalent
