Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in cars and trucks.
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and within the specified timeframes.
Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and options to customers.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, with a focus on car and truck repair.
ASE certification is a plus.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Ability to work with a wide range of vehicles, including both cars and trucks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid drivers license.
