Job Location: UMZU Warehouse, Boulder, CO

Experience: Experience in Warehouse and/or Fast-Paced Environment
Pay: Starting pay is $19/hour with a $1/hour raise after passing a 90-day probationary period.
Process, pick, package, and ship orders accurately ensuring that all orders meet quality standards
Comply with any and all federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements
Organize stocks and maintain inventory - count inventory according to established procedures and assist with developing actions to correct inventory discrepancies/issues
Inspect products for defects and damages
Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
Ensure that all packages leaving the facility are packed effectively and of consistent visual quality
Organize warehouse space
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
Check, verify and fill customer invoices
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
Keep warehouse and your workspace clean and organized daily
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Report any discrepancies and/or issues
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all UMZU products
Inspect, clean, and/or repair warehouse equipment, as needed
Participate in department, staff, and company meetings and/or training
Complete any additional daily duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager (e.g., receive, unload, put away, pick, pack, ship, inventory, clean)
Job Requirements (what are we looking for in a candidate):
High school diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License
Reliable Transportation
Proven warehouse experience
Ability to pass a background check
Team player with organizational skills
Time management skills
Ability to lift or move heavy products
Experience with high-volume shipping, direct-to-consumer operations
Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
