This is a remote position.

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech company specializing in Engagement Banking Platform designed to empower banks and credit unions with cutting-edge technology that enhances their customers entire financial journey. Their innovative solutions for financial institutions expand their lending options, streamline the onboarding process, enable additional financing through insurance offerings, develop robust marketing campaigns, and streamline customer support functions.


Our client s end-to-end solutions enable organizations to efficiently manage their customers and financial resources, meet and anticipate their needs, and deliver innovative product and service solutions at critical times


About you:

As an Account Executive, you play a key role in helping financial institutions harness the power of our client s network banking platform. Your primary responsibilities are to build relationships with banks and credit unions, demonstrate the benefits of their digital solutions, and drive sales. By seamlessly integrating their technology into their existing core banking systems, you will enable organizations to improve operational efficiency and generate new revenue. You will work to ensure that even the smallest organizations can access the same innovative technologies that larger banks use to provide flexibility and revenue without the usual costs and fees.


Skills:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the banking and credit union industry.

  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor our client s solutions to address them effectively.

  • Present and demonstrate our Engagement Banking Platform to clients, highlighting its ability to enhance customer experiences and financial product management.

  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent and robust flow of potential clients.

  • Conduct negotiations, close deals, and facilitate a smooth transition to the implementation team.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and feedback to the organization.

  • Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


Requirements:

  • Understanding of the core operating systems in the banking industry

  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in the financial technology or banking industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

  • A strong understanding of financial technology and banking operations is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
