Job Summary:

Sylvan Learning is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content across various social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to create captivating content that resonates with our target audience, drives brand awareness, and increases customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Develop a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and objectives
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices to optimize content strategy
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of content and identify areas for improvement
• Stay informed about the latest education industry news and trends to create relevant and informative content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficient in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
