Intelligent Automation Senior Engineer IDP

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our automation team and work with our clients to deliver high-quality automation. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading project workstreams, analyzing data and information, and making recommendations to clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to develop solutions that address client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, with a strong track record of project management and data analysis. You should be knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization or technology.

Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Implementation of local and international projects in the field of data capturing and OCR for Roboyo customers
  
• Technical advice and training for ABBYY products
  
• Business consulting around use cases for data collection, such as invoice processing, mailroom scenarios, data extraction from contracts, etc.
  
• Solution design and technical architecture
  
• Trouble shooting and identification of optimization possibilities in the configuration
  
• Supporting internal teams on various projects, in other areas of knowledge and collaborating with the other business units
  
• Leading and understanding Machine Learning best practices and leverage that knowledge both in the IDP space and Automation space.
  
• Analyze business problems, develop automation solutions and support project lifecycles
  
• Manage testing and documentation of application development phases
  
• Act as the primary support for assigned applications and systems
  
• Validate and optimize the design, code and usability of our automation artefacts
  
• Support the creation of process development documents (PDDs) as well as follow up

Requirements

Experience and skills you ll need to do what you love at Roboyo:

• University degree (B.S. or M.S) or equivalent in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field
  
• 3+ years of software implementation
  
• Experience in the implementation of customer projects, ideally in the areas of OCR, data capture, Machine Learning or ECM
  
• Relevant experience with development in an object-oriented programming language
  
• Expertise in a customer-facing role such as Professional Services, Product Support, Solution Architect, etc.
  
• The ability to work independently and success-oriented in a consulting environment
  
• Provide superior customer service to our customers, partners and clients
  
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and deliver quick results
  
• Work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients at different skill levels
  
• Ability to learn and adapt on-the-fly
  
• At least three years of experience working with different database platforms (e.g., MS SQL and Oracle)
  
• At least three years of administration of Microsoft server operating systems (2012+) and management of Active Directory
  
• Experience with capture products such as ABBYY FlexiCapture, Kofax Capture/KTM, Ephesoft Transact, etc.
  
• Native English
  
• Availability for travel, up to 50% of the time.
