Civil Engineer Department Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage team of civil engineers
  
• Responsible for overall financial performance, leadership, and management of team
  
• Build/maintain business and client relationships
  
• Keep team updated on projects and team financials
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering
  
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience
  
• Project management and supervisor experience
  
• Business development experience
  
• Client management experience
  
• Participate in community organizations to maintain industry recognition
