Note: This is an onsite position
Job Description:
Unbox and stage new devices.
Breakdown and remove related boxes and packing.
Asset tag and document new devices.
Remove and document old, leased devices.
Remove and document hard drives for archiving & destruction.
Stack and shrink wrap old, leased devices for pickup.
Deploy & setup new devices.
Verify all apps activated (where required).
Verify printing (confirm with staff default and alternate printer locations).
Verify Outlook mail and Calendar initial setup.
Verify One Drive verify access and folder sync o Staff post setup confirmation.
Skills/experience:
Desktop deployment experience.
Familiarity with Windows 11.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
