Direct Hire 70-80k. Hybrid (after 60 days)

Talentry is looking for a Lease Accountant to administer lease transactions in the fintech industry. This includes month-end processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring correct payment attributions. This role will perform audits, pre- and post-close analyses, provide insights on financial impact and accounting treatment, etc.

This Accountant will work cross-functionally with legal, M&A, sales, other financial experts, and the executive team to perform portfolio conversions and onboarding. He or she will ensure SOC and other auditing compliance, ensure accuracy of data (and retention/migration policies and projects), and review lease agreements with attention to detail.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in accounting, or similar.

Proven lease / ASC 842 experience.

Reconciliation, auditing, and similar accounting skills required.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Reside in San Diego, CA or Portland, OR
