Job Description
The Staff Pad is thrilled to announce an exciting partnership with a distinguished home health agency, renowned for their commitment to providing exceptional care tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families. We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to play a vital role in our organizations mission. You will play a pivotal role between caregivers and those in need, ensuring that every client receives the quality care they deserve.
The Staffing Coordinator position has Great Growth potential! as this owner wants to expand. The Staffing Coordinator will be the right hand to the director of Operations. This person will hire, interview, and orient new caregivers - assessing and scheduling them with clients and in facilities.
Requirements
Our Must Haves:
Must be willing to assist in Marketing and other aspects of the business
Must be self-directed
Must NOT need supervision
Must be able to manage caregivers and create a company culture
Must Have experience with hiring /recruiting/staffing
Must be a multitasker, able to have every client staffed
Must be detail oriented
Must be professional, with great customer service skills
Generations software experience (will train)
Experience:
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
Staffing/Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
Home care staffing: 1 year (Preferred)
Benefits
Job Type:
Part-time (around 30 hours a week)
Salary: From $22.00 per hour
Salary is negotiable with staffing/recruiting experience.
Benefits:
Flexible schedule
Paid time off
Schedule: 8am-2pm /30-minute lunch/ 5.5-7 hours per day
