This is a remote position.
RSM ATL is an all-inclusive service provider for restaurants and their facility needs. The company is looking for a qualified Data Entry cum Customer Service Specialist to help with entering various data formats into the software, answering inbound calls, performing outbound calls, and assisting on day-to-day Office Administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Collecting and entering data in the system.
.
Encoding personal details of customers and vendors.
.
Provide great customer support through multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat).
.
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in an appropriate and timely manner.
.
Maintain accurate records of customer information and transaction.
.
Provide administrative support.
.
Other data entry and customer service tasks as assigned.
.
High School Graduate/GED/Bachelor s Degree or the equivalent in experience.
.
Minimum of two years of experience as a Customer Service in receiving inbound calls and performing outbound calls or similar customer service role.
.
Must have a minimum of two years experience as a Data Entry or similar job.
.
Typing speed of 60-70 wpm (words per minute).
.
Proficient with any Microsoft Programs.
.
Excellent listening and creative-problem skills.
.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks at hand.
.
Open to work nights and weekends.
.
Familiarity with Zoho One system is a plus and preferred, but can train the right candidate.
.
Speak fluent English and Spanish languages.
