Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, pricing, and sales.
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of parts specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure efficient parts supply for repairs, maintenance, and vehicle sales.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing.
  
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, warranties, and recalls.
  
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in parts management within a luxury / high-line franchise or previous Mercedes-Benz experience is highly preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and accessories, including pricing strategies and inventory control.
  
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
