Responsibilities:
- Professionally represent our clients while interacting with customers in person at events, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our services and programs.
- Respond promptly to all customer questions and inquiries, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all event attendees.
- Attend daily meetings and workshops to gain insights into new services and programs, ensuring comprehensive knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Undertake any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the management team, contributing flexibly to the success of events and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Full-time on-site availability
- Quick learner with good communication abilities
- Experience with customer service, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations is preferred but not required.

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as communications, writing, marketing, public relations, multimedia, etc. 1+ years experience preferred.
