Responsibilities:

Direct and refine the dealerships internet sales department and desk operations.

Develop and implement robust strategies to amplify online sales, lead generation, and showroom traffic.

Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries both online and in-person.

Utilize advanced software tools to manage, track, and optimize the sales pipeline and desk activities.

Foster collaboration between the internet team and the showroom floor to ensure a unified approach to customer service.

Lead and motivate the sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching as needed.

Oversee the structuring of deals, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.

Manage the scheduling and staffing of sales representatives to ensure optimal desk coverage and customer service.

Skills:

Multilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse range of customers.

Superior customer service skills to deliver exceptional support both online and on the sales floor.

Comprehensive knowledge of automotive sales processes, desk management, and dealership operations.

Proficiency in CRM and other sales management software to oversee the sales pipeline and desk activities.

Expertise in negotiation and deal structuring with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an internet manager or desk manager role within the automotive industry.
