Entry Level Account Manager

We work in close collaboration with non-profit organizations, promoting their initiatives and fostering vital support through genuine and personalized connections. Our goal is to strengthen existing community relationships and support our clients missions, and were currently seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to bolster these efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Attend comprehensive in-office sessions and training led by our leadership team, taking a leadership role in assigned events with proper training.
  
• Oversee events, cultivate relationships with local managers, and ensure excellent customer service.
  
• Develop coaching, mentoring, and supportive skills for fellow team members, including participation in interviewing and onboarding processes.
  
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing and sales campaigns.
  

Requirements

• Ability to balance strategic thinking and quick execution within a dynamic environment.
  
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  
• Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for creative thinking and innovative solutions.
