Event Assistant - Join our Community-Focused Team!
Role Overview: The Event Marketing team is the vital link between community causes and our clients, ensuring their missions reach the community. Join us and be a part of a company that values community contributions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute event marketing strategies for community engagement.
- Attend daily in-office meetings to stay informed on client-provided campaign data.
- Identify target demographics and design tailored marketing campaigns.
- Manage event materials and promotional merchandise for greater awareness.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth event execution.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to gauge marketing success.
Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional self-management skills.
Qualifications of the Marketing & Promotions Assistant: High School Diploma Ability to develop new and innovative public relations and communications strategies to suit a variety of audiences Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex messages A positive attitude and ability to work both individually and in a team environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
