Collaborate with the Government to develop Training and Knowledge Transfer requirements and policies.
Establish and maintain training and knowledge transfer procedures in line with set policies.
Create training materials and manage knowledge for new releases.
Develop and sustain an accessible knowledge database/portal.
Ensure proper retention and maintenance of all relevant documents and materials.
Facilitate end-user access to online service requests and incident reports.
Produce operational reports and dashboards to track activities, issues, and key metrics.
Formulate improvement plans to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Document and uphold service-level monitoring and reporting procedures.
Establish a problem management knowledge base, documenting problems, root causes, known errors, and resolutions.
Ensure unrestricted access to problem management records and knowledge base for authorized personnel.
Identify and document workarounds for known errors and unresolved problems, communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
Keep the problem management knowledge base updated with resolution actions and statuses.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to capture knowledge on IT service issues.
Create and maintain SharePoint documents, ensuring data accuracy and retrievability.
Manage metadata associated with content for effective organization and retrieval.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge management using tools and concepts.
Proficiency in MS SharePoint for managing document libraries and lists.
Solid understanding of networking and operating systems technologies.
Active DOD Top Secret/SCI level security clearance, with eligibility for CI Poly.
Experience in high op-temp, Top Secret environments.
Aptitude for explaining complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with DISA and support to its mission partners.
Familiarity with JIRA and related product lines.
