Professional Services Engineer
Full Time Perm (Must be US Citizen)
Warrenton, VA (On-Site)
$80K - $120K
Frontrunner in the swiftly evolving UAS Counter Drone sector is actively seeking a Professional Services Engineer to be a key member of the U.S. technical team directly supporting a global client base. This position is primarily responsible for resolving customer issues related to complex system implementations. Domestic with some international travel is to be expected.
Successful Candidates Should Have:
TCP/IP and general networking concepts
Radio frequency (RF) theory and basic concepts
IP Routing
Linux/Unix
Microsoft Office suite
JIRA ticketing system
Experience developing training material for formal classes and managing training delivery
Test engineering processes and procedures
Associates or bachelor s degree in a technical field and 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to travel up to 50%
Willingness/ability to work shifts
Eligible for Top Secret Clearance
TCP/IP, General Networking Concepts, Radio Frequency, RF, IP Routing, Linux/Unix, MS Office, JIRA
