To support our Global Sales Team, we are looking for you based remotely in BeNeLux or UK as
New Business Development Manager - Beverage EMEA
YOUR TASKS
- Finding new opportunities and develop new strategic partners to grow GAST`s EMEA Beverage market.
- Develop a strategic growth plan to gain market share.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with existing customers.
- Prepare and present presentations about GAST capabilities and solutions to customers and prospective customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer, with a deep understanding of user personas, pain points, and customer journeys.
- Determine the feasibility and viability of a concept using customer feedback and market data.
- Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends.
- Craft and shape the business/product strategy, functional product requirements, and commercialization recommendation, and ultimately, own the transformation of a validated solution.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Coordinate and contribute to the development of strategic and annual business plans.
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent education.
- Multiple years work experience in business development.
- Proven track record of creating and winning new direct business ideally in the beverage market.
- Results-oriented personally that enjoys hunting in sales.
- High customer orientation and networking ability.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience with managing direct accounts.
- Excellent analytical and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship building skills and a high problem-solving mentality.
- Available for business travel (40% overnight stay)
