Job Description
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
- Proven track record of agile delivery.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities:
- Create reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics (versions 11.0 and above).
- Understand Cognos packages, models, and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL).
- Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and develop effective solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and uphold standard solutions, avoiding customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, providing training and support.
- Foster teamwork and continuous improvement in reporting processes.
