We are a small but mighty event-planning production team that works primarily with nonprofit organizations to produce their events, fundraisers, conferences, and festivals.
Our team is looking to add a rockstar Executive Assistant to our team!

Main Tasks / Responsibilities
- Email communication: synthesizing information into clear, detailed, and well-written emails. Able to represent the company to the public with a friendly and joyful outlook.
- Extensive administrative tasks, including calendar management with a team, writing meeting agendas, taking notes in meetings, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Research and compile information to compare different vendors.
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Must-have Skills / Qualities
- Familiarity with Google Workspace: documents, spreadsheets, calendars, folders, emails
- Zoom Meetings (and sometimes Teams and Google Meet) have reliable internet to join in on video meetings
- Confidence in doing simple graphic layouts in PowerPoint or Canva
- Comfort working with and supporting co-workers and clients from many different communities, including people from a range of cultural and racial backgrounds, and queer, trans and non-binary people (LGBTQ+)
Skill preferences (NOT required, but will be a PLUS)
- Background in hospitality or event planning
- Graphic design experience
- Project creativity - choosing event vendors and making other choices to match the vibe of an organization and their event - being able to understand the theme and make choices to support it
- Familiarity with video production, television production, or A/V support for live events
- Knowledge of non-profit (charity) organizational structure, experience with non-profit development and fundraising
Budget, Hours, and Schedule:
$8-9/hour, 20 to 40 hours/week.
8am-5pm Pacific Time
