Job Description

Operations Admin

The Operations Admin role collaborates with all members of the company to provide the highest level of excellence in service to our clients. As a OA, you will be one of the primary keys enabling professional athletes, business leaders, and founders to unlock the full potential of their wealth.

A OA prides itself on being accurate and tends to be precise about using time and priorities. This person will feel that “quality is job number one” and balance that with being quick but not in a hurry. They would likely describe themselves as being thorough, knowledgeable, and analytical.

A successful OA will be intuitive and able to ask good questions at the right time to get the critical & complete information needed. They are typically motivated by being resourceful, objective, and altruistic. In addition, a successful OA should possess the skills below and be prepared to complete the outlined responsibilities.

Skills:

  • Time and Priority Management – prioritizes and completes tasks to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames

  • Self-Starting – demonstrates initiative and willingness to begin working

  • Planning and Organizing – establishes a course of action to ensure work is completed effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Critical member of the wealth strategy team in servicing clients; this includes direct support of the firm’s Strategists and Advisors in their day-to-day client activities

  • Executes the timely completion of money movement requests

  • Monitors daily custodial alerts, including cash management, account updates, trading, etc., and resolves accordingly

  • Assumes primary responsibility for internal client onboarding – including new client applications, account maintenance, wire requests, custodial alerts, and other client service needs

  • Occasionally communicating professionally with clients via phone, text, and email

  • Maintaining client information & records to ensure they all stay up to date

  • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred

  • 1 – 2+ years of relevant experience working with high-net-worth individuals a plus; preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), investment management firm, or broker/dealer

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.)

  • Able to commute to Downtown Los Angeles, CA Office
