Title : Business Systems Analyst (SAP finance modules)

Pay Rate: On W2

Locations: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid (3 days on site, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Top Skills:

- SAP FICO and finance modules

- Minimum 10 Years of over all experience with 5 years on SAP modules

- 1/2 life cycle implementations

- Strong Product costing Experience

- Finance industry background is plus

Note: Need to travel to China, approximately 30% of the time

Must have SAP-related skills required:

Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO and finance modules.

Involvement in at least one S/4 HANA full life cycle implementation.

Strong expertise in product costing. (MUST)

Preferred Education: An MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant, or CPA would be advantageous.

Candidate may need to travel to China upon requirement (30% travel)

EDUCATIONAL PREFERENCE:

• MBA FINANCE/ Charted accountant/CPA

Description:

• Business Systems Analyst: Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. (SAP FICO Configuration and Design Skills are required for this role)
• Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
• Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
• May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
• May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
• Looking Business System Analyst in SAP Finance and controlling.
• The ideal candidate will identify gaps, provide technical expertise, and develop system specifications to enhance new and existing systems cost-effectively.
• Should be having presentable skills communication skills.
• Requirement gathering skills.
• Conduct workshops (This role is more on Client Facing Side, so excellent communication skills is required)
