Job Description
Looking for individuals to book Sports and Activities for clients. In addition, schedule and book all aspects of the trip including car, air and hotel to get to the event or activity. This is an opportunity to work from home. We work directly with suppliers booking air, hotel, car, cruises, sporting events and concerts for a company that has been in business 70 years. No experience necessary. We Will train you.
Core responsibilities:
- You are the client contact to offer a high-end service experience from start to finish for whatever travel needs they request
- You will respond by telephone, email and online travel submissions promptly
- Research and quote travel packages
- Research and quote sporting events, theme park tickets and concerts
- Work directly with top suppliers like Marriott, Delta, Royal Caribbean, Expedia, Universal Studios and more
- Provide pricing and trip insurance options
- Collect credit card authorizations and booking
- Provide confirmation to clients by email
Qualifications:
- No Experience necessary, we train
- Customer Service abilities a plus
- Good Verbal Communications a plus
- Work independently well
- Full time and part-time positions available
