Job Description
Are you a tax professional with a knack for providing strategic tax advice to businesses? Our clients are seeking a Tax Manager with a focus on business advisory services. In this role, you will work closely with tax and accounting clients to optimize their tax positions, advise on tax planning, and ensure tax compliance. If you have a strong background in business tax strategy and client engagement, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business clients to identify tax planning opportunities and optimize tax positions.
- Conducting in-depth tax analysis and providing strategic tax advice to clients.
- Assisting clients with compliance, including preparing and reviewing tax returns.
- Offering solutions to mitigate tax risks and improve tax efficiency.
- Staying current with tax law changes and their implications for clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to provide ongoing tax support.
- Participating in business development efforts to expand the firms client portfolio.
- Preparing and delivering written and oral communications to clients regarding tax planning and strategies.
- Conducting financial analysis to support tax advisory services.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced tax certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business tax advisory services.
- Demonstrated ability to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
