6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destination highlights, and health and safety guidelines.
   
7. Assist clients with pre-travel preparations and post-travel feedback collection.
   
8. Collaborate with marketing teams to curate and promote attractive travel packages.
