Job Description

We re looking for a Make Ready Technician, experience isn t required. Must be trainable. It is a 1st shift, schedule varies. Located in the Memphis/Lakeland area. Pay starts at 15 an hour.

Handyman experience required


Responsibilities:

  • Assists with snow removal of sidewalks in the appropriate months.
  • Assists in valet trash service as needed.
  • Repair or replace light bulbs, globes or fixtures as needed.
  • Assists in the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property, groundskeeper work.
  • Ensures all repairs/replacements are completed as necessary for apartment to be occupied.
  • Repair or replace mini-blinds, ceiling fans or electrical outlets.
  • Assists in Preventative Maintenance Program (including but not limited to changing filters, smoke alarms, check for plumbing issues)
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team; responds to resident service requests within 24 hours.
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned by employer as well as helping in Groundskeeping.
  • Repair or replace faucets, shower head or tub spouts.
  • Completes duties according to make ready standards.
  • Assists in the repair, replacement or removal or installation of appliances.
  • Assists with daily care and upkeep of swimming pool in the appropriate months.
