As a Digital Editor/Website Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the management and maintenance of up to two or more websites. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of website management, ensuring that our digital platforms are optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Website Management: Managing, monitoring, and updating multiple websites to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Issue Resolution: Responding to and troubleshooting website issues through our ticketing system to guarantee a seamless user experience.
Collaboration: Collaborating with the entire team and management to maintain website alignment with brand strategy and organizational standards.
Content Tracking: Creating and maintaining a tracking system for all website content, including important dates, links, and ensuring content is up-to-date.
Content Audits: Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and duplicate information.
Content Scheduling: Creating and maintaining a content schedule in line with the organizations strategy.
Staging Site Management: Taking and scheduling tickets for implementing changes on the staging site for approval before pushing updates to the live site.
Communication: Passing structural changes to our team and tracking their progress.
Program Launch: Ensuring all elements required for launching new programs are in place on the website.
Imagery Updates: Updating website imagery as needed under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
Compliance Checks: Running all site requests through compliance checks before implementation.
Follow-up: Taking ownership of all communication related to web edits and tracking the progress of these requests.
Audience Growth: Developing strategies to increase our subscriber base and improve web traffic metrics.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring website quality and efficiency through regular testing and quality assurance plans.
